- Cancellations prior to 48 hours of scheduled arrival date = $30 administration fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date = forfeit of 1 night original deposit.
- Monthly reservations require $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Additional Vehicle Parking available for monthlies at 50.00 a month .
- No refunds provided for early departure.
