Reservation & Rate Policy:

  • Rates are based on 4 people per RV and include both the RV and one tow vehicle.
  • Off-season monthly rates available during winter months; please call for details.
  • All reservations require valid a credit card to hold and complete the booking.
  • Deposit (standard reservations) = One night’s stay.
  • Group reservations require a non-refundable deposit of one-night’s stay per site.
  • RV Rental reservations require a $100 deposit plus one-night’s stay per site.
  • Monthly reservations require a $150 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date= $30 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date = forfeit of 1-night original deposit.
  • A $30 administration fee may apply for cancellations or changes to your reservation.

Please Note:

  • No refunds are provided for early departure, regardless of reason.
  • The cancellation policy remains in effect after check-in, including any changes made to the reservation.
  • Guests are responsible for obtaining trip or travel cancellation insurance through their preferred provider.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or changes due to circumstances, including, but not limited to:

    • Vehicle breakdowns
    • Fire, natural/ weather disasters
    • Road closures
    • Personal illness/ injury
    • Emergency or scheduled surgeries
    • Other situations at or around the campground.

Additional Information:

  • Additional Vehicle Parking is available for monthly guests at $50.00 per month.
  • Sani-Dump use is for residents and campers only.
