For reservations of 6 nights or longer, please EMAIL us now with your dates.  (We will prioritize the longer stays first.)  On March 3rd, shorter stay reservations will commence.  Please email us at the link provided below.

Current Rates

• Rates are based on 4 people per RV.
• Rates includes RV and tow vehicle.
• Off-season monthly rates available during winter months; call for info.
• All Reservations require a Credit Card # to complete the reservation.
• Deposit = one night’s stay.
• Group reservations require a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay per site.
• RV Rental reservations require a deposit of $100 and one-night’s stay per site.
• Cancellations prior to 48 hours of scheduled arrival date = $30 administration fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date = forfeit of 1-night original deposit.
• Cancellation policy still applies if you have checked in and need to make changes to your stay.
• In the case of Smoke/Fire/Snow Storms/Road Conditions/Weather/Natural Disaster: The above Cancellation Policy stands at all times. The guest is responsible for acquiring trip or travel cancellation insurance through your chosen provider.
• No refunds are provided for early departure.
• Monthly reservations require a $150 non-refundable deposit.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Additional Vehicle Parking is available for monthlies at $50.00 a month.
• Sani-Dump use for residents/campers only.
